In the recipe, halve the four mozzarella cheese sticks.

Begin by rolling the rice paper towards the cheese, then fold in the sides, and lastly, roll the rice paper all the way to the end, ensuring it's wrapped tightly.

Now for the sauce, on the medium pan over high heat, put in minced garlic, chopped shallot, and gochujang. Saute for 1 mins.
Then add Gochugaru, soya sauce, rice syrup, sugar
Next, quickly add water or Dashi broth, then stir until well combined.
Once sauce bubbles, add in the rice paper Tteokbokk and bring it back to boil again. Cook until the rice paper Tteokbokki are tender and remove from heat immmediately
Next, add your shredded morazellla cheese.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds and dont forget to top it up with a boiled egg
